The owners of Juniper & Oak wanted to create a neighborhood coffee shop where good coffee and good company could take their time. At Juniper & Oak, we serve locally roasted coffee, fresh pastries, and simple breakfast favorites in a warm, welcoming space in the heart of Salem. From early-morning regulars to weekend catch-ups, we’re here for the everyday moments that bring people together. Come for the coffee and stay awhile.
Coffee with intention
We partner with independent roasters who care about where their coffee comes from and how it’s grown, sourced, and prepared. Every bean is selected for its character. Both bright and fruit-forward, as well as rich and chocolatey is what we strive for. Our baristas focus on the details and every cup is brewed with care. Great coffee doesn’t need to be complicated, the trick is knowing how to make it well.

Juniper & Oak is a great place to gather and connect. We host live music, coffee tastings, local events, and seasonal gatherings that bring our Salem community together.
